IntrinSic logoIntrinsic Semiconductor Technologies (Intrinsic) was established in 2017 as a spin-off from University College London (UCL) to developed silicon-oxide based RRAM technologies. Intrinsic's technology is fully air stable and inherently CMOS compatible.

Intrinsic's core technology can be configured as non-volatile memory, multilevel memory, hardware acceleration for Machine Learning, and neuromorphic devices. 

 

In 2021 the company raised $1.85 million in its seed funding round. In 2023, the company raised $8.4 million.
