Dialog Semiconductor was a fabless company focused on the development of highly-integrated mixed-signal ICs. The company was acquired by Renesas Electronics.
Dialog's proprietary RRAM / CBRAM technology offered a low power NVM solution designed to enable a range of applications from IoT and 5G connectivity to artificial intelligence (AI). The technology was later acquired by Global Foundries.
The technology was originally developed at Adesto Technologies which was acquired by Dialog in 2020. In 2020 Dialog announced it licensed its CBRAM technology to GlobalFoundries.
