RRAM developer Weebit Nano announced that it has licensed its RRAM technology to Texas Instruments.

Under the agreement, Weebit's technology will be integrated into TI's advanced process nodes for embedded processing semiconductors. The collaboration covers IP licensing, technology transfer, design, and qualification of Weebit RRAM within TI's process technologies.
In January 2025, Weebit announced that it has licensed its technology to Onsemi.
In December 2024, Weebit Nano raises $32.4 million through a strongly supported underwritten placement to institutional investors. A few months earlier Weebit announced that it has taped-out the first demonstration integrating Weebit’s embedded RRAM module in DB HiTek’s 130nm Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) process.
In November 2023, Weebit announced that it has received its first IP licensing revenue for its embedded ReRAM technology.
